Education is the process of learning and changing as a result of schooling and other experiences. Special education is instruction designed for students with disabilities or gifts and talents who also have special learning needs. Special Educator works to reduce the effect of difficulty.
Some of these students have difficulty in learning in regular classrooms; they need special education to function in school. Others generally do well in regular classrooms, but they need special education to help them master certain skills to reach their full potential in school.
Special education is a powerful tool for empowering individuals with autism. By providing individualized support and addressing their unique needs, it can significantly improve their quality of life, academic achievement, and overall well-being.

Special educators work with various child whose IQ level is near Normal or less then normal, lessen the behavioral issues such as autism, ADHD, improving IQ. Special Educators has important role in learning disability & Dyslexia.

Every Special child doesn’t require to study in Special School. Many of our children are becoming good in abstract thinking, learning academics, and behaviors are also manageable they need to study in normal school setup with other typical children. For that they may require Inclusive Education Program.
This means that all children have the right to quality education that caters to their individual needs. Inclusion, in other words, is the educational practice of educating children with disabilities in classrooms with children who do not have disabilities. It means that all students, regardless of their abilities or deficiencies, will be included in mainstream education.
Children with diverse abilities improve their social competence and communication skills in an inclusive setting. They have high level of social interaction with nondisabled peers in an inclusive setting compared to segregated settings. Children with disabilities in inclusive settings often have more vigorous educational program resulting in improved skill acquisition and academic gain. It also change mental setup of Typical Children to accept special children in society in terms of sharing and to learn, to accept and respect their differences.
Every child with autism is different, and the most effective approach will vary. It’s essential to work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to develop a comprehensive support plan tailored to the individual’s needs.
